Payment forms for WordPress workflows
Better Payment Pro lets you create payment forms for general payments, donations, fundraising, membership payments, subscription signups, and eCommerce products. Make separate forms for various needs and tailor their appearance. The add-on also delivers utilities to review transactions and send customer messages.
Place forms with an Elementor widget or a Gutenberg block, or use the integration with the Elementor form widget.
Choose a gateway and currency
Connect Stripe, PayPal, or Paystack. Stripe offers Stripe Elements Checkout and an on-website checkout option. Available Stripe payment options support American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. PayPal and Paystack can collect payments or donations. You can configure forms for 22 or more global currencies.
Run campaigns or collect recurring payments
The Campaign Builder lets you create a fundraising campaign from scratch or customize a ready-made template. Structure a campaign around a cause, event, or fundraising goal.
The Pro subscription capability lets you create subscription forms through direct Stripe integration, collect recurring payments, and check subscription status. For WooCommerce stores, Better Payment supports recurring payments through Stripe. Set the billing cycle on the existing product screen; a separate product type is not required.
Review transactions and send customer messages
Transaction pages let you filter payment history by transaction ID, email, amount, source, or payment date. You can import transactions and export them as CSV files.
Generate transaction invoices for clients to receive by email or print and download as PDFs. You can also design success, thank-you, and error messages without coding. Success messages can include a logo.
Read payment activity in analytics
The Pro analytics area reports total, completed, and in-progress transactions, and lets you track refunded transactions. These summaries show payment activity; transaction pages provide filters for inspecting individual entries.
Set up and place forms
Install Better Payment Pro on your WordPress website and connect the payment services you plan to use. Create a payment form or campaign, select its payment method and currency, then customize the form and customer messages. For subscriptions, configure the billing cycle and Stripe connection before publishing the form.
After setup, place forms with the Elementor widget, Gutenberg block, or Elementor form integration. Create separate forms for different donation, fundraising, product, or subscription workflows.
