Set the layout and branding
In the administration settings, enable or disable the template, adjust its width from the 600px default, select a background colour, and toggle a background pattern. You can upload and position a header picture, then set its container background, border, and padding. Add custom footer content with the WordPress editor, and add social links in a follow-us section. The Pro version includes additional dynamic style settings.
You can turn off the visual template while keeping the plugin for sender configuration.
Choose a sending method
Available provider settings include SMTP through your server, Gmail SMTP, Mandrill through API or SMTP, and SparkPost through HTTP API or SMTP API. Configure the preferred method for WordPress and extension-generated email; the selected provider handles delivery.
Apply the template to supported plugin email
Supported add-ons include Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, Formidable Forms, WooCommerce, WP e-Commerce, BackupBuddy, and Wordfence. WooCommerce email is ignored by default, with an option to include it for consistent store branding. WP e-Commerce customer and administrator email is supported.
The template applies to messages sent through wp_mail(). A plugin that applies its own HTML email template may conflict with it, and messages sent through the php() function are not covered.
Install and configure
- Install and activate the plugin.
