WPZOOM Forms PRO adds tools for creating WordPress forms and managing the information users submit. Build forms in the dedicated dashboard builder, then publish them with a block, the Elementor widget, or a shortcode.

Choose fields for each form

Describe a form in plain language and the AI Form Generator creates a configured form. Start from a template, or arrange fields with the drag-and-drop builder. The PRO library includes more than 20 industry-specific templates, such as business consultation, project inquiry, patient intake, real estate, job application, and restaurant reservation forms.

File upload fields accept PDFs and images, including resumes, cover letters, project documents, portfolios, and support attachments. Conditional logic can display or conceal fields based on earlier answers. A number field validates numeric entries; date and time pickers support booking and appointment forms. The time picker offers 12-hour and 24-hour formats with configurable minute intervals.

Add a customizable GDPR consent checkbox, or use hidden fields to capture UTM parameters, referrer data, and other metadata. These fields help collect the information relevant to a submission while keeping tracking details out of the visible form.

Decide how submissions are handled

Connect a form to Mailchimp to add submissions to an audience, for newsletter signups or other email marketing lists. The visual editor lets you design branded notification emails with dynamic field tags and custom layouts. AJAX submissions show a confirmation message without reloading the page.

Entries are stored in the WordPress dashboard, where they can be searched and filtered. PRO can export submissions as CSV files, duplicate forms, and import or export forms in JSON for backups or transfer between websites.

Publish forms on your website

Add a finished form with the WPZOOM Form block, the dedicated Elementor widget, or a shortcode. Shortcodes also work with themes, page builders, widget areas, and the Classic Editor. Forms are mobile responsive, and spam protection supports Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, Akismet, and Cloudflare Turnstile.

To get started, install WPZOOM Forms PRO in WordPress and open its dashboard section. Create a form with the builder or a template, configure the PRO functions it needs, then publish it through a block, Elementor widget, or shortcode.
