ALD - Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce Pro

ALD - Dropshipping and Fulfillment for AliExpress and WooCommerce Pro moves product listings into a WooCommerce catalog and helps manage orders placed for those products. Pro includes the free edition’s functions, along with added tools for product presentation, shipping, fulfillment, synchronization, and marketplace vendors.

Import and prepare products

Import from an individual AliExpress product page or a category page. In the import list, review product details and variations, edit descriptions and attributes, pick images, and set prices before adding products to WooCommerce. Product rules can set status, catalog visibility, descriptions, image handling, and whether attributes are global or custom.

Pro can import product videos for a separate tab on the product page or display them with a shortcode in the description. Attribute mapping lets you adjust imported attribute names and values, while variation splitting turns products with many variations into smaller products. The migration capability moves products from another AliExpress dropshipping plugin for use with ALD.

Price settings can apply currency conversion and price rules, including adjustments by quantity range and formatted prices. You can also choose whether to include shipping costs and configure stock handling for imported products.

Shipping and order flow

With frontend shipping, clients can choose a shipping company based on their country instead of receiving one fixed shipping cost imported with the product. Shipping company names can be masked in the store.

Manage AliExpress orders on a separate page. Orders can be fulfilled individually with the Chrome extension or in bulk, and auto fulfill can process AliExpress orders when a customer purchases from the store. ALD distinguishes AliExpress orders from the store’s original orders in WooCommerce.

Pro can sync product prices and quantities with AliExpress on a schedule using cron. It can email notifications when a product’s price changes, goes out of stock, or becomes unavailable. Tracking number sync can also run automatically. ALD is compatible with Orders Tracking for WooCommerce for tracking data and Product Variations Swatches for WooCommerce for displaying product variations.

Connect stores and marketplace vendors

The companion extension can connect multiple WooCommerce stores using WooCommerce REST API authentication. With Dokan compatibility, vendors can import products and manage their own Import list, Imported products, and settings pages from the vendor dashboard.

Set up the store connection

Install WooCommerce and ALD, then install the WooCommerce AliExpress Dropshipping Extension from the Chrome Web Store or manually. Before authenticating, temporarily disable Coming Soon, Under Construction, or Maintenance Mode settings. The website needs an SSL certificate, and its permalink structure must not be set to Plain. Connect the store using WooCommerce REST API authentication, then import products from a product or category page, configure import rules, and manage products and AliExpress orders in WooCommerce.
