What Groundhogg premium plans add
Groundhogg brings CRM, email marketing and automation into a WordPress site. The core plugin is available free. A paid plan includes access to support, premium add-ons and integrations, with monthly and yearly options at a flat rate. Groundhogg is used by businesses, agencies, WordPress developers, freelancers, course creators and CRM implementation providers.
Premium add-ons can extend contact records and email preferences, or support workflows such as lead scoring, bookings, company management and sales pipelines. Integrations connect the CRM with utilities including WooCommerce, AffiliateWP, LearnDash and LifterLMS.
Use contact activity in campaigns
Search and filter contacts using tags, custom fields, activity and purchase history. Connected plugins can add information to contact records and provide more criteria for segmentation. A contact timeline can show flow runs, browsing sessions, email opens and clicks, along with other activity.
Send an email to an individual contact or schedule a broadcast for a list or segment. Broadcasts appear in a calendar, can be canceled, and have reports for opens and clicks. Reporting also covers flow results and conversions, and can include custom tables and charts.
Build and manage automated flows
The visual Flow Editor works with triggers, actions, branches, split tests and timers. Use its simulator to check a flow before publishing it. Changes to a live flow can be staged, then published when ready.
AI agents can manage contacts, schedule broadcasts and build or edit flows within the permissions of the user they act as. They can also simulate a flow before changes go live. The same permission checks apply to agent actions as to other Groundhogg actions.
Keep replies with the contact
Incoming Messages requires an active Groundhogg license. To save replies in the CRM, enable Incoming Messages in email options, then turn on “Save replies as messages” for an email. Replies are attached to the contact who sent them and appear in that contact’s Messages tab; a dashboard widget shows unread replies.
The mobile app lets an authorized user look up contacts, handle tasks, add notes, fill out contact forms and read or reply to messages. Its available actions follow that user’s permissions.
Contact limits and setup
Groundhogg states that free and paid use has no limits on contacts, flows, emails sent or visitors. The CRM is self-hosted within WordPress, keeping its data in that environment.
