From Divi form to WordPress dashboard
Contact Form DB Pro saves submissions from Divi contact forms in the WordPress database. After activation, open the Divi Form DB menu in the WordPress Dashboard to review and manage entries.
Fields and entry details
Pro makes every submitted field available, including custom fields. The free version displays fields with the IDs name, email, and message; custom field values are saved but visible with Pro.
Submission records include the page where the form was sent and its date and time. When applicable, they also display when the entry was read.
Export entries or create posts
Export stored submissions as CSV for use outside the dashboard. You can also create WordPress posts directly from submitted form values. CSV is the supported export format.
Compatibility and setup
The add-on works with Divi 5 and Divi 4.13.1 or later. Install and activate it on your WordPress website, then open Divi Form DB in the dashboard. Submit a Divi contact form to make an entry and return to the menu to review its values and details.
