Generate and deliver store documents

Invoices for WooCommerce Premium helps WooCommerce stores make PDF invoices and packing slips. Invoices can be generated automatically or created and deleted manually. Customers can download them from the My Account page, and store administrators can mark invoices as paid.

Choose WooCommerce order numbering or sequential invoice numbering, then configure invoice and date formats. For fulfillment, generate PDF packing slips. Customizable invoice templates include an advanced items table that can show refunds, discounts, separate item tax rate columns, and other selected details.

Premium settings for email and invoice handling

Premium lets you attach invoices to additional WooCommerce email types, including emails sent by third-party plugins. It also supports credit notes and cancelled PDF invoices. You can adjust line item columns and total rows in the invoice table, change the invoice font, add PDF documents to invoice documents, and send invoices to multiple recipients.

  • Generate, export, or download invoices in bulk.
  • Send configurable reminder emails within a specified period and display a payment due date.
  • Generate and send global invoices periodically.
  • Let customers pick during checkout whether to generate a PDF invoice.
  • Work with emails from the WooCommerce Subscriptions add-on.

Follow invoice files through delivery and storage

A store can generate an invoice from an order, attach it to the relevant WooCommerce email, and make it available to the customer in My Account. Invoice files can also be connected with Google Drive, Egnyte, Dropbox, or OneDrive as additional destinations alongside email delivery.

Configure settings and custom templates

Install and activate the Premium plugin in your WordPress WooCommerce environment, then set invoice, email, numbering, delivery, and template options. To add a custom template, copy the default folder at plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/includes/templates/invoice/simple to uploads/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/templates/invoice/simple. The plugin detects the copied template and makes it available for selection. Review the changelog before updating, since template files may change.

Numbering, formatting, delivery, and presentation are configured through the available settings. Bulk tools and periodic global invoices support larger order volumes, while reminders and due dates help with payment follow-up.
