Subscribe Forms Pro and Subscribe Forms Agency are paid plans for creating promotional subscription forms on a WordPress blog or website. The forms collect email signups for list building, with customizable opt-in experiences as an alternative to standard newsletter fields from an email content management system.
Pro includes 12 pre-designed templates. Use one as a starting point or create a custom form with backgrounds, colors, and settings for headings, text size and color, overlay transparency, button text, and form width. Forms support background images and responsive presentation across screen sizes.
Choose how forms appear
Forms can be embedded in page areas, placed inline in content, or added to widget areas. Shortcodes let you place forms and manage multiple forms. The choice of placement determines where visitors encounter each signup form.
The free capability list also includes changing form and button text, text size, and form width, choosing free fonts and preset colors, and getting the URL of the page where a form was submitted. The paid plans extend the available design and process options.
Route submissions and manage leads
Subscribe Forms works with connections with MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, GetResponse, Constant Contact, ConvertKit, iContact, Gist, SendFox, HubSpot CRM, MailerLite, Pipedrive, and MailPoet. The paid feature set also identifies MailChimp, GetResponse, and ActiveCampaign forms and support.
A form can connect to more than one provider. For example, submissions can go to MailChimp, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or SendFox and also be received by email. MailChimp integrations can apply tags and assign contacts to groups. The add-on can also save and track leads locally on the WordPress site.
Set the response after submission
Ajax support helps manage submissions in the form workflow. After a user submits a form, you can edit the thank-you screen, redirect them to another URL, or hide the contact form. A redirect can open in the current tab or a new tab. Forms can also include a consent checkbox.
Set up and place a form
Install the selected paid plan on a WordPress site, make a form, and choose a template or custom design. Set its text, colors, background, layout, provider connections, and submission behavior. Add it with a shortcode, embed it in a page or widget area, or place it inline. Before publishing, configure the thank-you screen or redirect, local lead tracking, and any required provider tags or groups.
