Choose what customers can see and do
Apply catalog mode across the site or to selected products. Prices can be shown, hidden, or replaced with messages such as “contact vendor” or “coming soon.” You can remove Add to Cart and use a custom button or an enquiry or request-a-quote option. Catalog and sales modes can also run together, keeping Add to Cart available while customers can send an enquiry.
Catalog settings can depend on login status and visitor roles, including authors and vendors. For a private shop, hide prices and Add to Cart until customers log in.
Gather product and quote requests
Customers can enquire about one product or collect several products in the Enquiry Cart and send a combined request. For variable products, they can enquire about a specific variation. Vendor-specific quote handling and MultiVendorX compatibility support stores with multiple vendors.
Customize forms and manage queries
Administrators can add fields to enquiry forms, personalize query email templates, and set up automatic messages to customers and vendors. The integrated query management system stores submissions and responses. On the Enquiry List page, administrators can view, sort, and manage requests by customer, product, or enquiry number.
WooCommerce shortcodes let you place supported enquiry, quote, and Enquiry Cart functions where needed.
Configure the store
WooCommerce must be installed and active. Then select whether catalog mode applies website-wide or to selected products, set price and button behavior, define any login or role rules, and customize the forms and email templates. A wholesale catalog can direct customers to enquire; a hybrid store can keep Add to Cart available beside Send Enquiry; a vendor-led store can use vendor-specific quote handling and the Enquiry List to organize requests.
