eRoom Pro for WordPress Meetings and Webinars

eRoom Pro brings live meeting and webinar setup into the WordPress dashboard. Connect Zoom for meetings and webinars, or plan live sessions through the Google Meet and Microsoft Teams integrations. It can support online classes, consultations, lectures, seminars, business meetings, and community discussions.

Set up and publish an event

Install eRoom Pro, connect the meeting service you plan to use, then create an event and set its schedule in WordPress. Add meeting access to a site page with a shortcode or supported page-builder module. Visitors can see a countdown before the meeting starts and join through a browser or the Zoom app.

A Zoom account is required for Zoom meetings. The account plan determines how many hosts and customers you can add. After creating an event, review its participant settings and calendar options.

Choose a meeting service

The Zoom integration lets you create and manage meetings from WordPress. Create webinars for virtual lectures, seminars, or presentations to larger audiences, then add them to a page. Zoom capabilities available through the add-on include participant management, live chat, screen sharing, and full-screen mode. Zoom performance and engagement reports provide information for reviewing session activity.

The Google Meet addon in eRoom Pro lets you create, plan, and join sessions from the WordPress dashboard, including calls, video lessons, meetings, and discussions. The Microsoft Teams integration works with creating, scheduling, and managing live video meetings. You can start or join Teams meetings from the site and manage participants there.

Keep calendar details handy

Import a meeting file to iCal or duplicate meeting information to Google Calendar. Save the event and set a reminder if needed.

Offer sessions through WooCommerce

The optional paid eRoom purchasable meetings addon can make video conferences and webinars available as WooCommerce products. Use it to offer consultations, training, meetings, or other digital services for purchase through a WordPress site.
