Kali Forms Pro for WordPress Forms and Workflows

Kali Forms Pro extends the drag-and-drop WordPress form builder for contact, payment, feedback, booking, application, and other data-collection workflows. Start with a blank form or adapt a template, then customize its fields and behavior. Forms are designed to show on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers.

Choose a starting point

Pro adds 13 templates: job application, appointment, customer feedback, art contest, gaming tournament registration, GDPR-friendly contact, running calculator, donation, request quote, reservation, gym membership application, simple booking, and simple booking with payment.

• The appointment form helps visitors schedule a call or meeting. The reservation template is an example for a hotel, and the quote request template is for gardening services.
• Simple booking forms cover venue bookings; the payment version is an example for booking a hotel room with PayPal. The donation template also accepts donations through PayPal.
• The running calculator handles pace, time, and distance. The GDPR-friendly contact template includes a confirmation checkbox for agreement to your site's terms or privacy policy.
• Other templates collect job or gym membership applications, customer feedback, art contest entries, or gaming tournament registrations.

Shape the form and submission flow

Use conditional logic to control form behavior and divide longer forms across multiple pages. Pro also works with a partial entries and submission handling add-on. Kali Forms is built with React and modern development practices, with performance in mind.

When a booking date is unavailable

The simple booking calendar automatically disables dates selected previously to help avoid overlapping bookings. You can modify the template to fit your website.

Configure spam checks

Kali Forms supports Google reCAPTCHA, a spam honeypot, and Cloudflare Turnstile. When reCAPTCHA or Turnstile verification is enabled, a form submission sends the response token and your website's secret key to that service's verification system.

Add and activate Kali Forms Pro on your WordPress site, then open the Kali Forms builder. Choose a Pro template or start from scratch, adjust the fields and form behavior, and use the finished form on your website. Review the relevant service settings before accepting submissions if you use reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile.
