Quotes for WooCommerce Pro: Quote Requests and Orders
Quotes for WooCommerce Pro lets administrators enable quoting for selected products or individual variations. A quantity condition can activate quoting automatically for each product. Out-of-stock products can switch to quotes automatically, and customers can submit requests for back-ordered items. When an unavailable entry returns to stock, the extension can send the customer a quotation email.
Choose which items can receive quote requests
Quotes for WooCommerce Pro lets administrators enable quoting for selected products or individual variations. A quantity condition can activate quoting automatically for each product. Out-of-stock products can switch to quotes automatically, and customers can submit requests for back-ordered items. When an unavailable entry returns to stock, the extension can send the customer a quotation email.
Offer a quote path alongside regular purchasing
Stores can include quote products and purchasable products in one cart, with regular orders and quote requests available across the same store. Depending on configuration, administrators can hide a product’s price and replace the standard Add to Cart button with Request Quote. When the Request Quote form is enabled, a product page can also display Request Quote beside the standard WooCommerce Add to Cart button, letting customers choose a quote or regular purchase where the product settings allow both.
Match quote buttons to customer roles
The extension can personalize quote button display by WordPress visitor role. For example, a store can direct wholesale customers toward quotes while retail customers can place regular WooCommerce orders for the same products. These controls organize purchasing around the store’s existing user accounts.
Set a price, send the quote, and process the order
A quote request does not take payment at checkout. The administrator sets the order price, finalizes the quote, and emails the customer. The customer can then pay through the link in the email or from the My Account page. Automated quote emails support customer communication, while a unified page gives administrators one place to review and manage requests.
Once a quotation is agreed, the administrator can convert the request into a WooCommerce order with one click. The plugin also supports customized pricing for individual orders and quote requests alongside regular orders.
Install and configure the workflow
Install and activate Quotes for WooCommerce Pro on a WordPress website running WooCommerce 4.0 or higher. Choose whether quotes apply broadly or to selected products, variations, quantity conditions, stock situations, or user roles. Enable the Request Quote form and adjust the relevant product and customer rules. When a customer submits a request, manage it from the unified quote area, set the price, and finalize the quote for the customer.
