weForms Personal is one of four paid plans, alongside Business, Professional and Developer. The feature list groups advanced capabilities and integrations across the paid lineup without assigning each one to Personal individually.
Create and place forms
Start with a predefined template or add fields in the single-page drag-and-drop builder. Real-time preview lets you review the form as you edit. Templates cover registration, applications, payments, reservations, polls, feedback, requests and events. You can create unlimited forms for various pages or workflows.
The builder includes more than 20 custom fields, including address fields and multi-select boxes. Forms are responsive on computers, phones and tablets. Add a form to the WordPress editor with the weForms block, or use a shortcode with other page builders.
Configure fields and form behavior
The paid feature list includes advanced fields, a country list field, file uploads, conditional logic, multistep forms, calculations, quizzes and geolocation tracking. These capabilities are described across the paid plans; the supplied feature list does not specify which plan includes each one.
Form settings can limit the number of entries, restrict access, or set start and expiration dates. Submissions use AJAX to send entries without a page refresh. You can redirect users to a page or custom URL after submission.
Review entries and notifications
Review submissions in the WordPress dashboard. Configure email notifications for form entries, including multiple custom notifications, mail forwarding and HTML email templates. The paid feature list also includes SMS notifications and PDF form submissions, which can provide a printable version of collected entries.
Forms and entries can be exported. Form data can be saved as JSON, and entries can be exported as CSV. Import forms from JSON or supported built-in import utilities.
Connect other services
The paid lineup lists email marketing integrations for MailChimp, MailPoet, AWeber, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, GetResponse and ConvertKit. Payment integrations include PayPal and Stripe. CRM options include Salesforce, WP ERP, HubSpot and Zoho. Google Analytics, Zapier, Google Sheets and Trello are listed for analytics and productivity workflows; Slack can send submission notifications. These integrations are grouped across the paid plans, with no plan-by-plan assignment in the supplied feature list.
Anti-spam options include reCAPTCHA and Human Presence. Check the feature list for the plan you are considering to confirm which advanced tools and integrations it includes.
