Mail Mint Pro: WordPress Email Marketing and Automation

Mail Mint Pro brings email marketing tools into the WordPress dashboard. Contacts and campaign data are stored in WordPress, and messages are sent through your site's default SMTP, so delivery depends on that configuration and provider.

Set up contacts before sending

Install and activate the extension, then follow the setup wizard. Create embedded, pop-up, fly-in or notification bar forms to collect subscribers. Add contacts manually, import a CSV, or bring in WordPress customers and WooCommerce customers. Lists and tags help organize contacts; Pro adds dynamic segmentation by contact details or activity.

Prepare campaigns and newsletters

Design emails with the visual drag-and-drop builder, or use the classic or plain-text editor. Create regular or scheduled campaigns, email sequences with time delays, and weekly newsletters. Pro adds recurring campaigns. WooCommerce product blocks let you include shop entries in emails, while merge tags can personalize messages with contact data.

Build a trigger-based follow-up

The visual automation builder can start workflows from form submissions and WordPress events. Pro adds WooCommerce order and customer-behavior triggers, plus conditional flows. Pro abandoned cart recovery tracks carts and works with automated follow-ups for abandoned, lost or recovered carts.

Use the store email tools

With WooCommerce, product blocks support campaign emails, and the visual builder can personalize transactional emails such as order confirmations. The WooCommerce email customization builder is a Pro feature. Mail Mint Pro also integrates with Easy Digital Downloads.

Review AI-assisted work

The AI assistant can help make campaign content and automation workflows from your instructions. Review generated work before approving it. Mail Mint sends through your WordPress site's configured default SMTP; it does not provide its own email delivery service.
