PiWeb Disable payment method / Partial payment for WooCommerce PRO

PiWeb Disable payment method / Partial payment for WooCommerce PRO lets stores set checkout rules for payment methods, fees, cash on delivery (COD), and partial payments. For example, a rule can disable COD when a customer uses a different shipping address. Rules can also respond to products, carts, customers, shipping details, locations, coupons, and currency.

Set payment method availability by order conditions

Create unlimited payment-disable rules using a specific product or category, shipping method, zone or class, minimum subtotal, cart total or entry quantity, backordered products, postcode, city, state, country, or day of the week. Rules can also use a customer or user role, email address, coupon code, currency, or the number of days since registration. Hide payment methods for selected visitors and provide a reason when an option is unavailable.

Examples include hiding PayPal when the billing country is not the United States, restricting Stripe when the billing state is not New York, or disabling a gateway for a particular product, shipping method, or coupon.

Apply conditional fees to payment methods

Create unlimited fee rules for selected gateways. Fees can depend on the order total, country, shipping zone, postcode, product, user, or role. Use them for COD charges or percentage-based credit-card processing fees, among other gateway-specific fees.

Choose how customers pay part of an order

Offer a partial payment and collect the remaining balance on delivery. If the customer chooses, they can pay the balance before delivery. Set the partial amount as a fixed sum, a percentage of the order subtotal, or a percentage of the shipping charge. PRO supports unlimited partial-payment rules, including different amounts by country, state, postcode, shipping zone, or currency, plus conditional COD rules that display cash on delivery only when their conditions are met.

Products can be excluded in two ways: withhold the partial-payment option when an excluded product is in the cart, or let the customer pay the full amount for that product while paying part of the amount for other entries.

Manage currency and order access

On multi-currency stores, rules can use the customer's selected currency to control payment methods or partial-payment options. You can also blacklist email addresses or IP addresses to prevent those users from placing orders. A partially paid or COD deposit order receives the Partially Paid status. The remaining amount may be paid before delivery if the customer chooses.

Setup and checkout compatibility

Install and activate the extension, then create payment-disable, fee, partial-payment, or COD rules for your checkout. Test rules with representative carts and customer details before using them for live orders. The free and PRO versions are HPOS compatible. Partial payment does not support the WooCommerce checkout Block; use a checkout page built with the classic [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode for that feature.
